Tabacos Way, a national manufacturer from Venâncio Aires (RS), launched its premium line Doctor Pipe in 2023, featuring several blends. At the end of 2024, a new batch arrived, including Great Times in two versions: Ribbon Cut (reviewed in the video) and Flake Cut (not yet tested by Fábio).

Aromatization: Non-aromatic.
Recipe goal: To create a smoky and spicy blend, yet smooth and balanced.
👃 Aroma upon opening
Woody smokiness (campfire style) with hints of ripe fruits like dried fig and black plum.
👄 Flavor when smoking
Predominance: Persistent, elegant, and consistent smokiness from start to finish.
Secondary notes: Dried fruits (toasted almonds), wood, and a mild spice from the Perique.
Aftertaste: Toasty, smoky, and slightly spicy – pleasant and long-lasting.
🔥 Burn and performance
Excellent cut, easy to light and keep lit.
Good moisture, even and cool burn.
Does not bite the tongue, even with stronger puffs.
⚖️ Strength and intensity
Body and flavor slightly above average.
Good nicotine presence, but not overwhelming.
Very balanced — far from being a Latakia or Perique bomb.
